Job Description:
PURPOSE OF JOB
Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to accomplish sales goals of the business. Strong International sales experience, network in botanical extracts and nutraceutical ingredients business is a must. Value selling, Key Account Management, Solutions driven approach are some of the qualities essential for this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the businesss goals and objectives
Identifying potential new export markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data, and creating sales plans to increase revenue
Achieving sales targets and monitoring performance of the sales team
Distributor management across export markets
Developing and managing strategic accounts with value selling approach for long term association
Managing and motivating the sales team, providing training, coaching, and feedback
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to coordinate sales activities and resolve issues
Preparing and presenting sales reports and data to the higher management and stakeholders
