We’re now looking for high-hustle, high-involvement Growth Interns to join our founding team and help build out multiple key verticals from the ground up. What You’ll Work On 1. On-Ground Growth & Partnerships ● Set up and execute screening camps at societies, corporates, and clinics ● Build and manage partnerships with doctors, RWAs, and local businesses ● Coordinate offline marketing efforts like standees, postering, and activations 2. Support Group Vertical ● Help launch and operationalize cancer support groups for caregivers and patients ● Liaise with NGOs, facilitators, and therapists ● Coordinate weekly/monthly meetups at our center 3. Content & Media ● Assist in creating videos (shorts, reels, podcasts) with our doctors and patients ● Coordinate shoot logistics, prep talking points, manage edits ● Research new content ideas that build brand trust and visibility 4. Digital Marketing ● Support paid ad campaign execution (Meta, Google) ● Help with creatives production - Landing Pages, Video Ads etc ● Coordinate with agencies on creatives, performance reports, and optimizations Who You Are ● A self-starter who thrives on ownership, speed, and hustle ● Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building from 0→1 ● Strong communicator in both English and Hindi ● Preferably based in or willing to relocate to DelhiNCR/Gurgaon ● Past internships in marketing, ops, content, or healthcare are a plus—but not necessary
