What You’ll Own

✔ End-to-end social media strategy & execution

✔ Creating monthly/weekly content calendars

✔ Recording simple videos & doing minimal edits

✔ Writing high-performing hooks, scripts & captions

✔ Posting content consistently across platforms

✔ Tracking analytics, dashboards & performance insights

✔ Trendspotting and adapting formats quickly

✔ Working closely with doctors, creators & the production team

What We’re Looking For

🔹 2–4 years of experience managing social for a brand/creator/agency

🔹 Strong writing + storytelling skills

🔹 Ability to shoot quick videos & do basic edits

🔹 Strong understanding of platform algorithms

🔹 Analytical mindset (retention, CTR, watch time, engagement)

🔹 Ownership mindset — you run social like it’s your own brand

Healthcare/wellness content experience is a strong plus.
