Non IT Recruiter

As a Non-IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for Automotive, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors. Your expertise in industry-specific roles, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce trends will be instrumental in the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive, Logistics, and Manufacturing domains. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and industry-specific skills. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates through various channels. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs. - Conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical/functional interviews, and manage the selection process. - Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes for selected candidates. - Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and company guidelines. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market intelligence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong networking skills with an established talent pipeline. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs. - Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in Automotive, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors. Preferred qualifications include experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar and white-collar workforce recruitment, familiarity with workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives. Prior experience in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment teams within manufacturing/logistics firms will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, with benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts.
