About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team at our Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple domains and be capable of independently handling hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and more
Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders or clients and design sourcing strategies accordingly
Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate suitability, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases (ATS/Excel)
Build a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
