Role & responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment across various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Own & drive the hiring process with speed and accuracy, ensuring strong pipeline management.

Maintain and analyze hiring dashboards to track recruitment efficiency and impact.

Ensure quality over quantityhiring for skill, cultural fit, and long-term success rather than body shopping.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pool.

Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong ability to source candidates creatively, beyond job portals. Data-driven mindsetcomfortable with tracking hiring metrics and reporting.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Passion for hiring the right talent, not just filling seats.
