Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including application forms, interview schedules, and offer letters.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to improve recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or bulk hiring/BPO hiring.
Strong understanding of non-IT skills required for various roles (e.g., sales, marketing).
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients/hiring managers.
Ability to work independently from home office environment.
Mode of interview- Face to Face
