Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment cycle
from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
Work closely with
plant HR / functional heads
to define manpower needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, local consultancies, references, and job fairs
.
Recruit for
shop-floor level to mid-management roles
: (Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Operator, Purchase Executive, etc.)
Conduct
screening interviews
to evaluate technical fitment, communication, and salary expectations.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with departmental heads and hiring managers.
