Role Overview: As a Non-IT Recruiter, your role will involve closely working with Hiring Managers to understand department requirements in terms of candidate skill sets and expected responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing effective sourcing approaches, driving sourcing efforts, ensuring quality candidate sourcing within timelines, negotiating with candidates, resolving queries, and communicating any candidate requests or modifications to the HR Manager. Moreover, you will screen and assess candidates to ensure only qualified and professional individuals engage with the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in providing solutions and timely delivery to IT clients, as well as client interaction and management. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand department requirements and candidate skill sets. - Prepare effective sourcing approaches and plans based on final requirements. - Drive sourcing efforts to ensure quality candidates are sourced within timelines. - Negotiate with candidates and resolve their queries and concerns. - Communicate any candidate requests or modifications to the HR Manager. - Screen and assess candidates to ensure only qualified individuals engage with the organization. - Provide solutions and timely delivery to IT clients. - Engage in client interaction and management.
