Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our India team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in embedded software, AI/ML, and semiconductor service verticals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business leads across India region. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs. Work closely with delivery and technical teams to build tailored proposals. Drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and industry events to build brand awareness. Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. 5–12 years of experience in business development, preferably in embedded systems, semiconductors, or IT services. Strong understanding of the technology landscape and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
