About The Role

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced

Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters

specializing in

Non-IT hiring

. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience, stakeholder management skills, and exposure to bulk and insurance hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles.
Understand business requirements and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.
Handle bulk hiring and volume-based recruitment.
Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment reports.

Eligibility Criteria

For Recruiter:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Strong in bulk and insurance hiring.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Budget: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

For Sr. Recruiter

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
Budget: Up to ₹7.5 LPA

Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
