Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate placements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and job openings in the recruitment database.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• 1-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the labor market and understanding of various industries is a plus.
