Non IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
  
• Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job fit and communication skills.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process and timely updates to stakeholders.
  
• Conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidates, and support final selection and offer rollout.
  
• Manage salary negotiation, offer documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
  
• Maintain candidate databases, interview feedback, and recruitment trackers.
  
• Build and nurture professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  
• Ensure seamless onboarding and follow-up until joining.
  
• Prepare and present recruitment status reports and hiring analytics on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate

  with a minimum of

  4 years of experience

  in

  end-to-end recruitment

  for non-IT positions.
• Proven experience in handling

  sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  job portals

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with a professional and confident approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring deadlines.
  
• Preferably from

  consultancy or corporate recruitment background
