As a Recruitment Specialist at our company located in Phase 8B, Mohali, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top Pharmaceutical/Non-IT professionals for our US-based clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and recruiting top Pharmaceutical/Non-IT professionals for US-based clients - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates - Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality - Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers - Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and goals - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the US pharmaceutical market Requirements for this role include: - 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry - Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical/Non-IT industry and recruitment trends - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software - Bachelor's degree in a related field In addition to the exciting responsibilities and requirements of this role, we offer the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, working night shifts in person at our Mohali office.,
