Job Opening: IT Recruiter (Non-IT Hiring Focus/ Manufacturing)

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (Bandra West)
Experience Required: 6+ Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, including blue-collar, mid-level, and leadership positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field outreach
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer rollouts
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
• Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates
• Liaise with external vendors for bulk and specialized hiring requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred
• Proficient in using job portals, ATS systems, and MS Office tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
