Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source top talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for client and candidate interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
