Role Overview

As a Network Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive membership growth by bringing new companies into the BNG Network, while also nurturing and converting existing free members into paid subscribers. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our community, increasing engagement, and ensuring members see value in our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new freight forwarders, logistics providers, and supply chain professionals into the BNG Network.
• Nurture existing free members, showcasing the value of upgrading to paid membership.
• Build strong relationships with members to ensure long-term retention and engagement.
• Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and consultations to highlight network benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement growth strategies.
• Track and report membership growth, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Represent BNG at industry events, trade shows, and online forums (as applicable).

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  business development, sales, or client relationship management

  , preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, and virtual networking.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
