Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and negotiating with potential partners, creating development plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of network expansion strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in network development and provider relations, strong analytical abilities for market analysis and data interpretation, proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, project management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ideally, experience in the automobile or EV industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Hydra Charging offers a competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 per month along with additional benefits. Role Overview We are looking for an Electrical LProject Manager who will act as the key point of contact between Hydra Charging and TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board) . The ideal candidate will oversee all electrical works at our charging sites, ensure compliance with EB norms, and manage the approval and energisation process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with TNEB officials (AD, AE, etc.) to obtain load approvals, connections, and site energisation. Supervise on-site electrical installations and ensure safety and quality compliance. Prepare and maintain documentation required for EB liaisoning and approvals.
