Network Development Manager

In this full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing relationships with EV charging network providers, conducting market analysis, driving sales, and overseeing various projects aimed at expanding the EV charging network. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and negotiating with potential partners, creating development plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of network expansion strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in network development and provider relations, strong analytical abilities for market analysis and data interpretation, proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, project management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ideally, experience in the automobile or EV industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Hydra Charging offers a competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 per month along with additional benefits. As part of the requirements for this role, you should be willing to travel three days a week, have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong communication and sales skills, and have a minimum of five years of experience in the marketing field.
