Job Description

1. Network Expansion Strategy:

Develop a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company's business

objectives and growth targets.

Identify potential market opportunities, analyse competition, and evaluate market demand to

determine suitable locations for new dealerships.

Collaborate with the executive team to define network expansion goals, budgets, and timelines.

2. Dealer Identification and Selection:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealer partners who align with the

company's values, brand image, and quality standards.

Establish selection criteria and evaluate prospective dealers based on their financial stability,

market presence, infrastructure, and capabilities.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of

qualified prospects.

3. Dealer Development and Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to

develop dealer development programs, training initiatives, and incentive schemes.

Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales targets, enhancing customer

experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Conduct periodic performance reviews, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and

recommendations to dealers for continuous improvement.

4. Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for

their concerns, feedback, and business development opportunities.

Organize regular dealer meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster collaboration, share

best practices, and provide updates on company initiatives.

Collaborate with dealers to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and

brand-building initiatives.

5. Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging

opportunities and potential threats to the company's network expansion plans.

Conduct market visits, gather customer feedback, and provide insights into product
