About the Role

We are hiring a Network Analyst for the Adobe Connect Technical Support process.
This role is ideal for candidates who come from technical/application support backgrounds and have strong knowledge of:

  • Networking & troubleshooting (primary requirement)
  • SQL / Database basics
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding)

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to Adobe Connect’s web conferencing platform, including connectivity, backend data issues, and browser-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers using Adobe Connect via email, chat, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues including:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • LAN/WAN connectivity
  • VPN, proxy, firewall restrictions
  • Latency, jitter, packet loss, routing issues
  • Analyze network logs, run diagnostics (ping, traceroute, pathping) and identify root causes.
  • Troubleshoot front-end issues like browser compatibility, JS console errors, cache/cookie issues, HTML rendering problems.
  • Work with basic SQL queries to validate data, check user information, and identify backend inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering/product teams for escalations of complex cases.
  • Document solutions and maintain accuracy in the ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow/etc.).
  • Deliver high-quality support with strong communication and customer handling.

Must-Have Skills1. Networking (High Priority)

  • Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to connectivity and application performance
  • Hands-on experience with network commands (ping, nslookup, tracert, etc.)

2. Database / SQL

  • Ability to write and understand simple SQL queries
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/Postgres)

3. Frontend Basics

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to read browser logs and troubleshoot web application issues

4. Support Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year in Technical Support / Application Support / Network Support
  • Good communication skills and customer-first approach
  • Ability to work in rotational and night shifts

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of web conferencing tools (Zoom/Webex/Teams)
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Linux commands
  • Exposure to cloud basics (AWS/Azure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
