🔍 Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned NetSuite Functional Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse Management modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing ERP workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving system enhancements that align with business goals.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Finance Modules

• Configure and maintain NetSuite modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Support financial close processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards for finance teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate financial workflows and improve audit readiness.

Inventory Management

• Manage item records, inventory costing methods, and multi-location inventory tracking.
• Implement demand planning, reorder points, and inventory forecasting.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and valuation across warehouses.
• Optimize inventory turnover and reduce stock discrepancies.

Warehouse Management

• Configure and support NetSuite WMS features: bin management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Integrate barcode scanning and mobile workflows for real-time warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and cycle count efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to streamline warehouse processes.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of NetSuite ERP experience, with strong functional expertise in Finance, Inventory, and WMS modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and supply chain operations.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Administrator.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments.
• Background in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors.
• Familiarity with integration tools and third-party logistics platforms.
