Position: Purchase Head and Pharmacy Head We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Head and Pharmacy Head to join our team at Medico Hub Connect, located in India. This on-site role will involve overseeing the procurement processes of pharmaceutical products and managing pharmacy operations to ensure optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector with leadership experience. Role Responsibilities Lead procurement initiatives for pharmaceutical products ensuring cost efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement effective budgeting processes to manage departmental expenditures. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards. Streamline pharmacy operations to enhance service delivery. Manage pharmacy personnel, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct market research to identify new purchasing opportunities. Develop negotiation strategies to improve procurement terms. Monitor purchase orders and contract fulfillment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency. Analyze procurement metrics to inform strategic decisions. Provide training and development for pharmacy staff. Establish performance benchmarks and related KPIs for the pharmacy department. Ensure a collaborative work environment by fostering team spirit. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy management or procurement. Proven track record of leadership in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance. Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in budget planning and cost control. Understanding of market trends in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong decision-making skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
