Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan

  new product launches

  across product categories
• Develop, expand, and strengthen

  Dealer & Distributor networks

  nationwide.
• Drive

  primary & secondary sales

  by supporting distributors with schemes, promotions, and sales incentives.
• Ensure

  territory-wise coverage

  and deepen market penetration in urban, semi-urban & rural markets.
• Appoint new distributors/channel partners while ensuring profitability and sustained growth.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve

  Pan-India targets

  .
• Monitor

  competitor activities

  in tools, hardware, and allied products; implement counter-strategies.
• Devise

  innovative sales campaigns, trade promotions, and branding activities

  .
• Recruit, train & motivate a large sales team to deliver consistent results.

✅ Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of proven experience in

  in similar industry

• Strong expertise in

  Dealer / Distributor Development & Channel Sales

  .
• Prior success in handling

  Pan-India operations

  and large sales teams (50+ people).
• Excellent exposure to

  trade sales, retail networks, and distribution expansion

  .
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
