Job Description

As a National Sales Head at our company, you will be responsible for leading nationwide sales initiatives for AWS cloud services, Citrix digital workspace solutions, and enterprise application software across India. Your role involves developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving business development to grow the customer base. Additionally, you will be in charge of expanding engagement with AWS Partner Connect, building relationships with partners, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and leading the organization's participation in strategic enterprise projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy across AWS, Citrix, and application solutions. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across India. - Drive business development, pipeline growth, and closure of complex, high-value enterprise deals. - Own and expand engagement with AWS Partner Connect, managing co-sell opportunities, strategic planning, and joint GTM activities. - Build strong working relationships with Citrix, application ISVs (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft), and channel partners. - Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across cloud, virtualization, and enterprise application offerings. - Lead the organization's participation in RFPs, large-scale tenders, and vendor negotiations for strategic enterprise projects. - Track market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to proactively adapt the sales strategy. - Ensure disciplined forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting to meet or exceed KPIs. - Represent the company at industry forums, AWS and Citrix partner events, and executive customer meetings to enhance visibility and influence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred. - 20+ years of experience in IT sales, with a minimum of 10 years in AWS, Citrix, and enterprise application solution sales. - Deep expertise in cloud services (AWS), virtualization (Citrix), and application software (ERP, CRM, SaaS). - Demonstrated success in leading national sales operations across India. - Strong knowledge of AWS Partner Connect and co-sell ecosystem. - Experience managing large accounts, closing multi-million-dollar deals, and navigating CXO-level relationships. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
