About the Role:

National Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central coordination point between sales teams, regional managers, distributors, and HO.
  • Consolidate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across all regions.
  • Track sales performance vs. targets and proactively highlight gaps or concerns.
  • Liaise with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor distributor stock, order execution, and secondary sales data.
  • Coordinate national sales promotions, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer/distributor databases and sales records.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Follow up on collections, claims, and credit notes with appropriate teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in

    sales coordination or sales operations

    at a national level.
  • Strong understanding of

    sales processes, distribution models, and reporting systems

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

    ,

    PowerPoint

    , and

    ERP/CRM tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring small teams is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
