Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of coordination between the sales team, regional managers, distributors, and head office.
• Consolidate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from across regions.
• Track sales performance against targets and highlight gaps to management.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Support the national sales head with MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Monitor distributor stock levels, secondary sales, and order execution.
• Coordinate sales promotions, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
• Maintain and update customer/distributor database and sales records.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning sales activities.
• Follow up on pending collections, claims, and credit notes with relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of sales processes, distribution channels, and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup), PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
