Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Implementation Specialist to lead and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong focus on supply chain processes and system integrations. This role involves driving workshops, configuring supply chain modules, managing complex integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of supply chain modules in Dynamics 365 F&O, including procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation management.
- Design end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to business needs and aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage the configuration and setup of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet client requirements.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain processes, providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business goals.
Integration Management
- Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics platforms, and ERP systems.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Data Management Framework (DMF), or APIs.
Project Delivery
- Manage the supply chain workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption and minimal disruptions.
Documentation And Training
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Performance Optimization
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Monitor and resolve performance issues in supply chain modules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a strong focus on supply chain modules.
- Proven expertise in modules such as inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Demonstrated experience with system integrations, including working with APIs, OData, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with data migration techniques and the Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Certification (Supply Chain Management).
- Experience with global or multi-location rollouts.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for enhancing supply chain functionality.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, including Indian tax localization, if applicable.
