Key Responsibilities

MoEngage Platform Implementation

• Implement and configure

  MoEngage SDKs

  for

  Web, Android, iOS

  .
• Set up

  event tracking, user attributes, and custom events

  aligned with business KPIs.
• Ensure accurate data flow from

  apps, websites, CRMs, and data platforms

  into MoEngage.

Campaigns & Journeys

• Build and manage

  multi-channel campaigns

  :
• Push Notifications
• In-App Messages
• Email
• SMS / WhatsApp
• Design

  customer journeys

  , drip campaigns, triggers, and automation workflows.
• Implement

  A/B testing, holdout groups, and experiment frameworks

  .

Segmentation & Personalization

• Create advanced

  user segments

  based on behavior, attributes, lifecycle stage, and intent.
• Enable

  dynamic personalization

  using content variables, product feeds, and user context.
• Support lifecycle programs: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, win-back.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

• Validate events, user profiles, and campaign attribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize:
• Open rates
• CTR
• Conversion
• Retention & churn
• Work with product analytics and BI teams to align MoEngage data with dashboards.

Integrations & APIs

• Integrate MoEngage with:
• CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom CRMs)
• CDPs / Data Warehouses
• Analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Use

  MoEngage APIs & Webhooks

  for data sync and custom use cases.

Governance & Best Practices

• Maintain data hygiene, consent management, and user preferences.
• Follow

  GDPR, consent, opt-in/opt-out, and privacy compliance

  best practices.
• Document implementations, journeys, and event taxonomies.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with

  MoEngage

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of

  customer lifecycle marketing

  .
• Experience implementing

  SDKs, events, and attributes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  campaign setup and journey orchestration

  .

Technical Skills

• JavaScript (Web SDK implementation)
• Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) basics
• REST APIs & Webhooks
• SQL or basic data querying (good to have)

Marketing Tech Knowledge

• Push notifications, in-app messaging, email deliverability
• Segmentation logic and personalization strategies
• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
