Position Overview:

Celes’tile is looking for a technically proficient MIS Executive/Data Analyst (Female) to streamline reporting and support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Excel (including Macros), Google Sheets, and scripting tools (Google App Script/JavaScript). You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and structuring data to design automated dashboards and reporting workflows that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources.
• Reporting & Automation: Design and manage automated dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Scripting & Automation: Write and deploy Google App Scripts/JavaScript to automate reporting workflows.
• Advanced Excel Expertise: Apply Excel formulas and features such as:
• Pivot Tables
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIF, SUMIF
• Nested formulas and array logic
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine reporting requirements.
• Data Integrity: Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Strategic Decision Support: Support senior management with ad hoc analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive operational and business data.

Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Expertise in Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, Nested Functions.
• Google Sheets: Strong knowledge of Google Sheets with App Script integration.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Google App Script or JavaScript (automation experience preferred).
• Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Proven ability to create actionable dashboards.
• Google Workspace Tools: Experience with Google Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive, Gmail.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

• Typing Certification: Lower/Higher in English (Preferred).
• Training: Training in MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, or Scripting.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar MIS/Data Analyst role is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
