Position Overview:

Celes’tile is looking for a technically strong MIS Executive/Data Analyst to enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making across departments. The role requires advanced expertise in Excel (including Macros), Google Sheets, and scripting tools (Google App Script/JavaScript). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of streamlining reporting processes for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources.
• Design and manage automated dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Write and deploy Google App Scripts/JavaScript to automate reporting workflows.
• Apply advanced Excel formulas and features, including:
• Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation
• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIF, SUMIF
• Nested formulas and array logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational and business data.

Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, Nested Functions.
• Google Sheets: Strong knowledge with App Script integration.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Google App Script or JavaScript (automation experience preferred).
• Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Proven ability to create actionable dashboards.
• Google Workspace Tools: Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive, Gmail.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

• Typing Certification (Lower/Higher in English).
• Training in MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, or Scripting.
• Prior experience in a similar MIS/Data Analyst role.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Assessment Criteria (During Selection):

Candidates will be evaluated on:

• Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH.
• Ability to automate Google Sheets workflows using App Script/JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including nested formulas and multi-criteria logic.
• Dashboard creation and data consolidation from multiple sources.
• Business insights and trend analysis from structured datasets.
