Job Description

Job Title:MIS Executive – Google Sheets & Workspace Expert

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)

Experience: Any (must have strong Google expertise)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive with advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to build automated dashboards, manage data systems, and streamline reporting processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain advanced Google Sheets using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Automate reports and workflows using Google Apps Script and data integrations.
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards for management review.
Work with teams to design task tracking, performance, and attendance systems.
Manage and organize Google Drive folders, forms, and shared access structures.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reports.

Required Skills

Advanced skills in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools – Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides, Drive, Calendar.
Knowledge of Google Apps Script for automation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Looker Studio / Data Studio dashboards.
Exposure to CRM or ERP reporting systems.
Experience integrating Google Forms with Sheets and automated emails.
