MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join The Eye Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and supporting the management with timely and accurate information to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal reporting systems.
• Generate operational, financial, HR, and administrative reports as required.
• Ensure accuracy of data and identify discrepancies or data quality issues.
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management review.
• Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Front Office for data collection.
• Automate repetitive MIS processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide support in data-driven decision-making by presenting insights and trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.
• Assist in ad-hoc reports or analysis requested by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or data analysis (Healthcare experience is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, V LOOKUP, dashboards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
