Hiring: MIS Executive

Location: Bangalore | Department: Sales Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, generate insightful reports, and support decision-making. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, tracking performance, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Maintain SFA master data (retailer, sales, hierarchy, territory mapping)

✔ Perform data audits & clean-ups.

✔ Track SFA usage, licenses, logins, module usage.

✔ Support field teams with SFA-related issues.

✔ Coordinate with SFA vendor for enhancements, bugs, and rollouts.

✔ Vendor billing, invoice tracking, finance coordination.

Skills We Value

• Strong understanding of SFA or similar sales automation tools.
• System administration skills.
• Ability to coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Understanding of sales structure & hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics / Reporting
• Exposure to ERP / CRM / DMS systems is a plus
