What You’ll Be Doing Full‑Stack Engineering : Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using Angular (PWA) and Node.js/Express Database Engineering : Model, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and ETL processes Secure Development : Embed OpenID Connect/OAuth2, perform WAPT‑grade security reviews, and implement best practices for API hardening Scalable Messaging : Build real-time flows using RabbitMQ and Redis for notifications, job queues, and live data sync User-Centric Delivery : Monitor app adoption, run field visits, and gather first-hand feedback to improve UX and workflows Customer Enablement : Support the Customer Success team in ensuring platform configurations deliver tangible value to key accounts Solution Engineering : Join customer calls to understand use cases and collaborate on BRDs and scalable solutions Mentorship & Code Quality : Guide junior developers with code reviews, Git workflows, and agile best practices Operational Excellence : Own production deployments, debug live issues, and maintain clear, auditable change logs What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience delivering production-ready full-stack software Mastery of the PEAN stack : PostgreSQL : schema design, query optimization, indexing Express.js & Node.js : robust API development, middleware, performance tuning Angular : RxJS, state management, modular architecture Strong Git practices: feature branching, PR reviews, CI pipelines Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring junior engineers High accountability: independently own and deliver complex features Bonus Points Familiarity with React.js (to support cross-framework integrations or future migrations) Exposure to DevOps , CI/CD , or containerization workflows Experience working with real-time analytics or mobile-first B2B SaaS platforms Hands-on experience with n8n or Ollama or other AI-driven workflow orchestration What You’ll Get Opportunity to shape mission-critical modules of a high-traffic enterprise product Fast decision-making, minimal red tape, and direct access to leadership Weekly knowledge-sharing and mentorship-focused culture Path to architect-level responsibilities and beyond Employer contact - 7022385964 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
