MIS Executive

Role Summary:

The MIS Executive – SFA is responsible for maintaining and managing all SFA-related

master data, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, monitoring usage and system

performance, coordinating expansion needs, and managing SFA vendor billing and

payments. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

SFA Master & Sales Master Maintenance

 Create, update, and maintain SFA master data (Retailer master, sales master,

hierarchy, territory mapping, product/price master).

 Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems (e.g., executive

onboarding/offboarding, role changes, territory moves).

 Perform periodic data audits and clean-up of SFA masters.

Tracking & Reporting

 Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on SFA usage, sales performance, and

productivity KPIs.

 Monitor user adoption and identify gaps or issues in SFA utilization.

 Share insights with Sales Leadership to support strategic decisions and field

execution.

Usage Monitoring & System Administration

 Track active/inactive licenses, user logins, module usage, and ensure optimal

utilization.

 Provide first-level support to field teams for SFA queries or access issues.

 Liaise with Sales or SFA vendor for system enhancements, bug fixes, and new

releases.

Expansion & Enhancements

 Coordinate SFA expansion (new feature rollout, onboarding new teams, license

increases).

 Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for enhancements and new modules.

 Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Vendor Management & Payment Processing

 Track vendor deliverables, invoices, and ensure timely validation and payment

release.

 Maintain records of license usage, billing cycles, and contract compliance.

 Coordinate with Finance for PO creation, invoice processing, and payment follow-

ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,075.26 per month
