KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop comprehensive product line plans, business cases, and revenue strategies aligned with Videojet's overall strategy. Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, products, and strategies to inform positioning and market approach. Own sales growth and P&L for product lines, including equipment, supplies, and parts. Create sales enablement tools and marketing materials to support sales efforts and win opportunities. Lead product launch planning and develop internal support materials. Collaborate with Marketing on marketing materials, target customer segments, and demand generation campaigns. Conduct field visits to understand customer, competitor, and market dynamics. Lead activities to address product bugs, updates, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, QA, and release processes. Drive product positioning, value selling, and new product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Develop product training material and deliver training to regions on new products and existing portfolio. Partner with Pricing team to monitor price performance and implement pricing actions. Lead initiatives to improve product line viability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
