Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Jaipur. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting lead generation, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing inside sales activities. The role also involves communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions offered by Verve Logic.

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
