About the Role

RJTC Global is a brand of RJTC India LLP. ts is looking for a driven and confident Inside Sales Specialist (Individual Contributor) who can convert warm leads into paying learners for our premium finance programs. The firm provides training, coaching, consulting, and mentoring services in the fields of IFRS, IND-AS, US GAAP, and IGAAP, as well as business and leadership. The company is managed by Rachna Jaggi, a Chartered Accountant and CPA(US) with a Diploma in IFRS (ACCA, UK), who has over 24 years of experience. RJTC combines both local and international perspectives to deliver high-quality services and integrate valuable knowledge for people, clients, and society. What You Will Do

• Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective learners
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
• Maintain and update calling/CRM databases
• Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Identify opportunities to improve sales scripts and customer experience
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• 7-8 years of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (B2C preferred)
• Excellent English communication
• High-energy, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindset
• Consistent history of achieving or exceeding monthly sales numbers
• Experience selling educational programs or professional training will be an advantage
• Strong discipline, perseverance, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with accountability
