Corporate Sales Specialist in Gurgaon, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective learners
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
• Maintain and update calling/CRM databases
• Conduct structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Identify opportunities to improve sales scripts and customer experience
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
  

What We're Looking For

1+ years of inside sales/telesales experience (B2C preferred)Excellent English communicationHigh-energy, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindsetConsistent history of achieving or exceeding monthly sales numbersExperience selling educational programs or professional training will be an advantageStrong discipline, perseverance, and attention to detailAbility to work independently with accountability
