Job Title : Data Analysis Cum MIS Executive Location : Mota Varachha , Surat Job Timing : 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analysis cum MIS Executive to support decision-making by analysing data, creating reports, and developing dashboards. This role combines data management, reporting, and dashboard creation to track and present key metrics. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, clean, and analyse data to generate reports on business performance (daily, weekly, monthly). Perform trend and variance analysis to uncover insights and opportunities. MIS Reporting : Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports to deliver accurate and timely business insights. Collaborate with teams to customize reports for different needs. Dashboard Development & Management : Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key metrics. Ensure dashboards are real-time, user-friendly, and reflect accurate data. Data Visualization : Present complex data clearly using charts and graphs to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting. Work with IT teams to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows. Data Management : Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Regularly update data sources and maintain documentation. Collaboration & Support : Work with departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing) to understand their data needs. Provide guidance on interpreting data and reports. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience : 2-4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS. Technical Skills : Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros). Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Familiarity with data management tools and programming languages (Python, R). Analytical : Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills to convey data insights to non-technical audiences. Attention to Detail : Ensure high accuracy in reports and dashboards. Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA). Experience in advanced statistical analysis and data modeling.
