Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards. Automate manual reporting processes using Excel VBA , Power Query, and Power BI . Analyze large data sets to generate business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver customized reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and systems. Prepare management presentations and support monthly and quarterly business reviews. Provide support for audits and internal data validation as required. Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and system efficiencies. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, VBA/macros (Optional). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced MIS (Management Information System) Expert with a strong background in advanced MS Excel and Power BI to manage, analyze, and present business data for actionable decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and KPI tracking to support cross-functional teams.
