MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required by management.
• Prepare dashboards, performance trackers, and business analysis reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Work extensively with 

  MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

   for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Use 

  G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Forms, etc.)

   for collaborative data management and reporting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and minimize manual errors.
• Coordinate with different teams/departments to gather and consolidate data for analysis.
• Maintain databases, update records, and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Assist in identifying trends, variances, and areas for process improvement using MIS tools.
• Support management in data-driven decision-making through effective reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong command over 

  MS-Excel

   (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.).
• Proficiency in 

  MS-Office Suite

   (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and 

  G-Suite tools

   (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Familiarity with 

  MIS tools and data visualization/reporting techniques

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
