MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, with strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and pivot tables. A background in mathematics or quantitative analysis will be highly valuable, ensuring accurate reporting and insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Create and manage pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and macros to analyze and present data effectively.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Identify trends, variances, and actionable insights from data to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely and error-free delivery of MIS reports across departments.
• Assist in automation of reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand reporting needs and provide customized solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Macros).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and speed.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,890.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
