Roles & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required by management. Prepare dashboards, performance trackers, and business analysis reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources. Work extensively with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Use G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Forms, etc.) for collaborative data management and reporting. Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and minimize manual errors. Coordinate with different teams/departments to gather and consolidate data for analysis. Maintain databases, update records, and ensure data integrity at all times. Assist in identifying trends, variances, and areas for process improvement using MIS tools. Support management in data-driven decision-making through effective reporting solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role. Strong command over MS-Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.). Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive). Familiarity with MIS tools and data visualization/reporting techniques . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills.
