Job Description

What You’ll Do

Design & implement MIS for core functions (sales, operations, inventory, finance) with clear data flows and governance.
Build dashboards & reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; standardize templates and automate refreshes.
Automate workflows with Google Apps Script (custom functions, triggers, email/slack alerts, form-handling, data cleaning, API pulls where applicable).
Ensure data quality: validation rules, de-duplication, audit logs, version control, and documentation.
Drive analysis: variance, trend, and cohort analysis; create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Stakeholder collaboration: gather requirements, translate into technical specs, deliver on timelines, and train end-users.
SOPs & documentation: maintain data dictionaries, process notes, and user guides for all MIS assets.
Ad-hoc reporting for leadership with quick turnaround and high accuracy.

Must-Have Skills

Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query / Get & Transform, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, nested formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, charts.
Google Sheets: QUERY, ARRAY FORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, named functions, connected sheets; strong understanding of sheet architecture and performance.
Google Apps Script & JavaScript: building automations, custom menus, triggers (time-based/on-edit), REST API calls, error handling, and code organization.
Mathematics background preferred: comfort with statistics, ratios, growth/variance math, forecasting basics.
Data handling: cleaning, normalization, reconciliations, large dataset performance techniques.
Communication & documentation: clear written specs and stakeholder updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
