Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive with prior experience in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate should have a flair for luxury sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of different types of jewelry and gemstones. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, providing detailed information on products, prices, and customization options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, current trends, and competitor offerings. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and post-sale support. Maintain and display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards. Handle billing and manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participate in promotional events, in-store activities, and brand campaigns. Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in jewelry retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry. Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems. Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
