We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and tools, and a solid understanding of business operations and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various departments.
Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query, Charts) for data processing and visualization.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Monitor data integrity and ensure timely updates of MIS systems.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an advantage.
Exposure to ERP systems or business intelligence platforms.
