Job Description: MIS Executive Role Summary

The MIS Executive will manage data reporting, sales tracking, stock analysis, and performance dashboards for the tile showroom and project business. The role supports management with accurate reports for decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily sales reports, showroom footfall reports, architect visit reports, and client follow-up data.
• Prepare MIS dashboards for sales performance, targets vs. achievement, product-wise and category-wise sales.
• Track inventory, fast-moving/slow-moving tiles, stock ageing, and coordinate with stores for updated stock status.
• Maintain architect commission reports, order booking sheets, and project pipeline reports.
• Coordinate with showroom staff for billing accuracy, pending orders, dispatch status, and delivery tracking.
• Generate GST sales data, credit notes summary, and customer ledgers for accounts coordination.
• Manage and update Google Sheets, CRM entries, and ERP data regularly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for review meetings.
• Support management in data analysis for product planning, pricing decisions, schemes, and offers.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field).
• 1–3 years experience in MIS; tile/interior/building materials industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Lookup formulas, Data cleaning).
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Good analytical skills with high accuracy and data discipline.
• Ability to coordinate with sales teams, showroom staff, and accounts department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
