About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to selection and joining formalities.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

2. Employee Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
• Mediate conflicts and ensure fair and transparent resolution of grievances.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive, and motivating work culture.

3. Compliance & Policy Management

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle all statutory documentation and reporting.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Develop competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and benefits analysis.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs across departments.
• Design and facilitate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.

6. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance management systems.
• Guide department heads in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA in HR) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of proven HR experience, with progressive responsibility.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.
• Experience with HRMS is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
